We are a law firm engaged in both transactions and litigation, principally in the areas of business law (contract negotiation, buyouts, and dissolution), estate planning, wills, trust and probate litigation, and real estate law, with 50 years of experience and offices in Century City (West Los Angeles).

Education and Experience

Attorney Robert Conrad, is the founder and sole shareholder of Robert Nolan Conrad A Law Corporation, which has devoted itself to providing high-quality legal services in California at reasonable prices. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and his Juris Doctor of Law degree from Loyola University School of Law.  

He interned at Touche, Ross (now Deloitte and Touche), then one of the Big 8 accounting firms. He is licensed to practice before all of the Court of the State of California and the following: the United States District Court, Los Angeles Central District, the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the US Tax Court, the US Court of Claims and the United States Supreme Court.  

He is currently a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys. He has been practicing law in the Los Angeles area since 1973. 

Guest Speaker

Attorney Conrad has been a guest speaker on television station KWHY Channel 22 (formerly the “Business Channel”), “Speak Out” on television station KTTV – Channel 11, and California Conference Call on radio station KHTZ-FM. He has also spoken before the Lions Club, the Rotary Club of North Hollywood, the Kiwanis Club of Reseda, and the Woodland Hills Optimist Club. 

Volunteer Work

He believes that each lawyer should give back to their community. He has been a Cub Scout den leader, a volunteer in former Los Angeles City Councilman Michael Feuer’s office and previously worked for his campaign to be elected as City Councilman, and has done pro bono (free) legal work for a multitude of charitable organizations.  

He is currently a volunteer for the Los Angeles County Bar Domestic Violence Project, providing free legal assistance at the Los Angeles Superior Court to battered women.
